Sami Sawaf

Sami serves as the Managing Partner at Yellowstone Capital Partners LLC, overseeing all aspects of the firm's operations and strategic initiatives.

Previously, Sami was in the FTI Corporate Finance/Restructuring practice based in Dallas, TX where he focused his time and efforts on the energy, retail, and consumer goods sector. Sami began his career at White River Energy, an energy hedge fund, and then worked at MENA Solar Energy, a renewable energy startup

Randy Burns

Randy is a Partner at Yellowstone Capital Partners, LLC. Randy’s formative private equity experience was in the operator-founded, -funded, and -led environment of Highlander Partners in Dallas. Randy’s experience spans all aspects of the private equity investing process. He has built out sourcing capabilities, evaluated new platform investments, executed transactions and refinancings, led add-on acquisition efforts, and worked with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives.

Randy began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc., his hometown investment bank, where he focused on the building products and construction, chemicals, and transportation and logistics sectors.
